It's terrible service. I had slow Internet last 4 weeks. But l couldn't get in touch with virgin media. I called in no one to talk with. What a terrible service. I m paying for fastest Internet not to get slowest one.
For help on here, you need to post up more specific details of what the issues are, are they on ethernet and/or wifi connections, on what devices.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
It's the WiFi extremely slow. I called in between 8am to 9.30pm but no one to talk with. I never seen that much worst service. All of my gadgets can't browse any pages. It's terrible wifi connection. I did reset a few times. Nothing changed.
