What speed are you getting? Is this wired using Cat5e cable and above and on multiple devices?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with slow broadband speeds. I know how incredibly frustrating this can be.
Are there any known faults listed on our Service Status that could explain this?
Please can you run a speed test on a wired connection and share your results. This is so we can see if the issue is WiFi or broadband specific.
