I am trying to upgrade my broadband speed but every time I choose upgrade on the website it says oops something went wrong. i have tried multiple browsers and deleted all the cache. I don’t want to spend an hour on the phone. And when I did phone the automated service tells me to use the website and sends me a link for it !!
Lots of people (me included) are never able to update anything to do with packages on the website - I always get the "oops go away" message. I believe its a website coding glitch (or it could be deliberate) and it will never get altered.
You will have to call in - do it at 08.00 sharp. Go to “Retentions” on 150 or 0345 454 1111 - options 1-1-4-4 "Thinking of leaving" when you have the best chance of getting through to the only still open (UK) call centre. They are the people who can help you.
