Broadband

Hello, I had virgin installed 2 days ago. I'm not sure if it's running correctly. Im.having issues with speed and not getting anywhere near the 100 mbps as promised. Sometimes we are getting like 4. I've rebooted the router and then it will go up to in the 70's and then it will drop back down again. Surely your not meant to do this continuously every day. Can anyone help please?

Are you measuring speeds on ethernet cable connected devices or on wifi ones? Have you checked that all of the co-ax connections are in nice and finger tight?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
