Broadband upload speed

Hi

Does anyone know details about Broadband is unusable in SL6 Maidenhead area. Issue seems to be upload speed is less than 1mb. When using the Virginmedia checker just states there is a problem.

Just noticed that using the virginmedia status checker using a computer instead of mobile phone has provided more details and issue is expected to be resolved at 18:00 31 March.

Sorry to hear that you have been having connections issues with your broadband. I've run some remote diagnostics and our systems show that you are currently being affected by a local area fault for SNR issues, ref# F009744311 and we are working to get this sorted as quickly as possible. The current ETA fix time is 07 APR 2022 17:25. Apologies again for the inconvenience.
