Broadband upgrade

So... I received a SMS message from Virgin Media saying they have given me a free broadband upgrade from 200MB to 250MB.

Did they mean they made my account 25MB instead of 250MB?

It means we have upgraded your speed by a quarter free of charge 

100Mbps has gone to 125Mbps and 200Mbps had gone to 250Mbps.

Have you ran a speed test recently?
