Does anyone have experience of this, I just upgraded from 350 to 500 BB, my original contract ends March 2023, will this upgrade start a new 18 month contract? If so I'll have to cancel the upgrade in the cooling off period.

If it helps when I upgraded to Gig1 the contract started again for 24 months.

I suppose it depends what you agreed to (You should be able to check your contract in my.virginmedia).

Thanks for the reply, I just got an Email thanking me for upgrading my broadband from 350 to 500 and they said my contract would remain unchanged so thats good.
