Broadband upgrade

I signed up for a BB upgrade last Saturday which I was told would happen along with my booster delivery on Tuesday, nothing happened so I contacted VM. "We've raised an IT ticket, will be fixed in 48 hours" its now Saturday and still nothing!  I've tried getting in touch repeatedly over the last 2 days but no joy. Is it always this difficult to give VM extra money? Is this normal

Thanks for your post, I am sorry to hear you are having issues I have checked and can see your hub is unreachable, can you please ensure this is switched on and we can run further diagnostics,
