Broadband upgrade speed not applied

I upgraded my internet to the 350 one the other day and it’s not been applied yet. I got the email but not the speed upgrade

You can check by going into the Hub settigs and navigate to the "configuration file" page (or similar) then look in the two boxes labelled "Maximum Data Transfer Rate" (or similar) and see what they are set to - the numbers are in bps not Mbps !

Should be obvious if its on 350 (first digit will be a 3!).

It's actually a 4, the Max Traffic Rate for 350Mb is 402500089.
