Activated volt (125mbps-250mbps) wired connection. Speed all good at first, now only 80mbps and been like that for at least 30 days that aware of. Done all resets, no good. Unplugged ethernet cable, speed shot up. Ethernet cable issue? Any advice welcomed, thanks.

80 MB/s  - typically that is a network cable connection that has de-rated from 1000 to 100Mb/s.

Suspect the cable is damaged or out of spec.    Order a new CAT6A or better cable.
