Broadband speed

Hi, I am having to restart my router nearly every day due to painfully slow speeds I.e 2 or 3 mbps at times, any ideas as I cant get through to virgin media on the phone as reduced staffing

Is this the number for deaf customers or a generic txt help number

Generic. Responses can be slow or hit and miss though.

Or - Try calling in at 08.00 - you should get through straight away at that time.

Thanks for the replies, I've text so will see if I get a reply, if not I'll try and call at 08.00am, do you think the slow speeds is anything to do with renewing my package recently

We've seen it before where a faster package has caused problems.

The last time I text (A few weeks ago) I got a reply within 24 hours.
