Broadband speed stuck at around 2mbps

Hi. My speed has been stuck at 1 to 2mbps for about three days now. I have tried everything like resetting the router via the reset switch, plugging in a different router. It is on all devices in the house and not just one. Copy and paste of router info.

A number of your downstream channels are out of spec on their power level (-6 to +10 is in spec).

Do you have a device, like below, plugged in between your HUB and cable to the wall socket?

I unplugged it and plugged the cord in without it and for a few seconds I had 100 plust mbps. Now it is back down to 1 - 2mbps.

Could you post a fresh set of stats with it removed?

The power levels look better however the errors in the network log still point to an issue.

Thank you. Any ideas? I even plugged the router directly into the cable coming into the wall. split second of 100+mbps and then back down. The account is changing over to as different name on the 7th, when a technician is coming to install another router. Could this have something to do with it? There should be no break in coverage and it is going to be on a 200mbps sevice with both contracts. Funnily enough, since unplugging the unit you advised, I now have two instances of my network, one with simply a '2' added next to it but the same SSID otherwise.

Unplugging that device wouldn't have created a second SSID.

Maybe ask the technician to investigate when they arrive?
