Broadband speed low

Why since my broadband changed to M350, am I now only getting approx 50mp

How are you connecting Wi-Fi or ethernet cable ?

What is your connection like with a direct connection using a Cat 5E/6 cable between the Hub and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?

What was your speed package before upgrading?

It's the same speed with both ethernet and WiFi, when I was on M200 speed I was getting approx 145

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . Don't log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs?
