Broadband speed issues

Over the last 48 hours we've seen a big drop in our upload/download speeds. No outage reported in our area and we haven't seen much improvement on 6.98 download and 15.2 upload. We're on the M200 fibre package.  Struggling with video calls etc.

I've been through all the usual steps including a reset of the Hub 3.0 router. Any thoughts?

Hi,

have you done a full pin hole reset? for at least 30 seconds.
