Broadband speed hasnt been upgraded to m500

Upgraded to oooph bundle. Movies and sports came on instant but two days later and still my broadband speed hasn't changed, it is still around 200. Tried turning off and on again the modem. Using a computer wired into the modem and the speed is exactly the same as before.

Can someone look into this for me please.

Broadband still hasn't been updated to m500. Config file is still showing m200 speed. No reply to this message either, but other messages get a reply within mins. Will give it another day then will have to phone up and wait for an hour to speak to someone just for them to send the updated config file.

Does your account show M500?

Try a full reset (Pin hole press for 60 seconds). Keep in mind a full reset will remove any changes you have made to the HUB, however you can backup/restore these settings, prior to reset, using the below options:

Reset pin. After resetting max traffic rate is 230000061. Speed test is still about 200. Account does show m500.

Try using the chat that opens on the right hand side when accessing the VM site:
