Hi mjsp8

Sorry to hear of the broadband speed issues and device registration problems experienced, we appreciate you raising these via the forums.

Can you confirm how you're testing the speeds? We would always recommend running a wired speed tests via ethernet from the Hub to a laptop or PC ensuring it is capable of supporting the speeds. We have help here in regards to speed tests and how to perform them.

From checking the speeds over the last week they have consistently been above 136mbs download and 20mbs upload. There has been some disconnection over the last couple of days but clear before then. From checking the equipment though there does appear to be some issues with the downstream power levels which may require a technician.

I will send you a Private Message to get some more details from you to arrange a visit.

Thanks

Rob

Hi Rob,

Thanks for getting back.

Router is already connected to pc via cable and is just inches away from each other, still getting 60-80 mps as having just checked.

Not a biggie was just wondewring why below 100 or so.

Cheers

Malc

The 60 - 90 still looks like exactly a network connection de-rated or limited to 100Mb/s

You will be able to see that in the Hub's menu of Connected Devices and also on the computer's network adaptor status.

If that connection does not become 1000Mb/s the computer will be unable to take advantage of any service speed increases.
