Keep in mind by default the HUB uses 'Smart' WiFi and uses one SSID for both 2.4 and 5Ghz bands.
Certainly worth disabling and splitting the SSID into two to see if that helps?
EDIT: oh you did...
Worth checking the 'Connected Devices' section in your HUB to see what speed your devices are connecting to the HUB.
