Broadband slow upload speed

Dear Virgin,

I reported slow upload speed around a month ago, 1.5-2 Mbps as opposed to the 20 Mbps.  All connections and router were checked. Download speeds are fine, 200 Mbps. I have discovered that very early in the morning, 8am, upload is ok so believe this may be due to amount of usage in the area or a local hardware fault.  9am onwards it is down to the low level. I would very much appreciate Virgin advice as to whether this can be fixed.

Post the network, upstream and downstream logs from the hub

The upstream levels are too high and there’s a lot of Post-RS errors on the downstream.

When was the router last rebooted?

Unless there’s an area issue you’ll need a tech visit to resolve

Thanks for the quick reply. The router was rebooted around a week ago. I will contact Virgin for a tech visit. Thanks for the help.
