Broadband problem

  1. Hello,I have a simple question or at least I will try to explain it as simple as possible so I have just move to my new house and I ordered a new broadband with virgin media in 19th of December and on the same day I booked and the appointment so the engineer can come and connect everything, the engineer is supposed to come tomorrow (9th of January) but I haven't yet received the broadband,so I would like to ask should i cal Virgin media andet them know or does the engineer bring the broadband package with him.

The engineer will bring all the wiring and equipment (hub etc) with them

No unfortunately I called Virgin Media on the 9 th asking them what time would the engineer come and the said we have cancelled everything,my order,the appointment with the engineer, everything in a few words.the reason for that was because the new house i moved to didn't have the connection for the broadband so it was needed the council or the landlord to sign and say that is ok with them,but the problem was that I never received a text,email,call  or something to let me know that my order cannot go through or that we have this problem with your address I was lucky that I called them otherwise i would still be waiting for the engineer,But anyway all is good now I just got my self the 3 5G Hub and all is ok now
