Just checking if VM are aware of a major broadband issue in the NG2 part of Nottingham
Very slow download and upload speeds, numerous people on my road affected.
Yet the service status webpage still says no issues identified, hence this post.

The VM Staff won't see this post for about a week.
Best thing to do is phone it in.

I tried and had a BOT chat. its been passed on for someone to call me back.
The problem that can happen is if no one phones in it won't get registered as a problem.
And if it doesn't get registered as a problem it won't get fixed.
