Broadband not updated to new speed

My account has just been upgraded and my broadband speed should now be M500. 

it isn’t it’s running at 90-160mbps

i have called 3 times and can’t get through to anyone. I am still in a que and it’s been 53mins.

Can you please

Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter. 

Hub 2 & 3 When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.

Hub 4 When the page appears LOG IN then Advanced Settings > Tools > Network Status.

Copy and paste the contents of the Configuration tab onto here, if you get a yellow / straw box warning click the Post button again.

Please do not use screen grabs.

Your not on the configuration tab but the status one, click on the config tab and copy & paste the data results in the next post.

Sorry to Hijack the thread, upgraded to M500 48hrs a go and speed does not seem to have increased. Getting 200 mb on wireless and on LAN cable direct from the SH3 which is in modem mode.

Does the following look correct?
