I lodged a formal complaint regarding ongoing issues with poor broadband on 9/6. The engineer didn’t come on the day he was supposed to and the matter wasn’t resolved. We are now in July and despite much time chasing and promises that a manager will return the call no-one Is getting back to me. It is affecting my work and I am at my wits end. I have an official complaint number. Please cama you help?
And virgin have 8 weeks to investigate and provide an outcome to complaints.
