Broadband incapble of streaming video

I'm not a techy person so in basic English my Virgin fibre 200 was fine up to 3 weeks ago and now is incapable of streaming a video?? Ive even plugged straight into router with ethernet but still says your speed is too slow to stream. I can not contact anyone from Virgin its totally useless.

Hi check all cables are secure and do a pin hole reset on the hub.
