From what I understand, there are now two fault codes that have been reported in my area, F006805698 which has a fix date of 10th June and F007910332 which was apparently opened last week and has a fix date of 6th April.
Not sure if either of these are applicable to you and where you are exactly.
Basically Virgin need to step up and fix these issues as they seem to have added subscribers to areas which are already highly subscribed and as soon as usage goes above certain levels the ssystem crumbles.
Likey you say, other areas and other providers dont seem to have these issues.

as my issue is time of the day dependent then it points to virgin being the issue... web site in knots and understandable getting through to customer services impossible... bet if I clicked to upgrade I’d get a reply 😞 not impressed
