Broadband dropped to 90mbps from 215mbps

Since the 31st of January my broadband had dropped from an average 215/20mbps to 90/20mbps it's still solid and reliable but considerably slower than it should be.

I have tried using several wired gigabit devices to confirm this.

The ridiculous VM support portal won't let me do anything, contact us doesn't seem to work and I have up waiting on the phone.

VM support portal used to be excellent, it's appalling now.

Re: Broadband dropped to 90mbps from 215mbps

Same here.  My download speed has dropped to 25 -35Mbps  max - despite the fact that according to Virgin they have UPGRADED my broadband from 200 to 350 (not that I asked them to do so!).  I reckon they are throttling the signals to keep broadband working with more people working from home.  I have given up trying to do anything about it - its good enough for what I need and frankly I can't be bothered!!  But it would be nice if one could believe ANYTHING they say.

At least it's not just me!

Thing is people have been WFH for a year now and it's only been since Jan 31st this year!

Very odd.
