Broadband disconnects every 15mins. Speed very slow <5mbps - usually 75mbps
I am having trouble with my broadband (hub 3.0 and package M70) disconnecting all devices including wired devices every 15-20mins. Then the hub does a full reboot. When i am connected the speed is very slow around 5mbps instead of around 75mbps. This is wired directly into the hub. Wireless is slightly worse.
All tests are saying everything is ok and theres no known issues in my area. The hub looks normal throughout this (white power light stable - no other lights) occasionally the green arrow lights come on and stay lit during the time when it disconnects and reboots.
Can anyone much smarter than I am help me to work out whats going on please? I'll upload the downstream and upstream data in a separate message as this one wont let me add it here.

Upstream levels are too high there.
You'll need an engineer visit to resolve.
