Broadband connection dropping and sometime slow

I am working from home. My broadband connection drops everyday between 12:30pm to 3pm. 

I have to restart router everyday. 

In the meantime I use my mobile internet to finish my work. It is costing me extra money.

It is a crap service for the money I am paying to Virgin Media.

Can someone help?
