Broadband and WiFi not working and no one to contact

My broadband has been running at 0.03 to 0.07Mbps for three days now.

Try calling, call centres are closed due to COVID it says, Connect app doesn't work, website says not faults, tried rebooting, tried moving, checked cables. No nothing from anyone at Virgin
