Hi,
Recently upgraded to the 200mb broadband speed package but for what I am paying for, I am not even getting close to this.I get slow connections via Ethernet and slow connections with my Wi-Fi. I have restarted the router which has made no difference for me too. Can this be looked into please?

I'm very sorry to hear you're having some connection issues lately. Using the details you provided to sign up to the forums and create your account, I've checked the line and I can't see anything being picked up there to suggest these connection issues. Are they ongoing for you today?
If they are, would you be able to create and share with us a link to a live BQM, please? This will allow us to take a closer look at your connection for you.

Boot PC in safe mode with networking (F8 on boot) put hub in modem mode and do a speed test with the Edge browser or the app by speed test by Ookla

I couldn't get this to work on PC due to my current setup but the speed shows this for me on two different systems:

Thank you for sharing the BMQ chart, the chart is showing as healthy compared to what we would expect to see.
Are both of these speed tests on your Wi-Fi only? Can you do one on your wired connection please?
