Broadband Status 'OK' but slow speeds (Wi-Fi and Wired)

Hi,

Recently upgraded to the 200mb broadband speed package but for what I am paying for, I am not even getting close to this.I get slow connections via Ethernet and slow connections with my Wi-Fi. I have restarted the router which has made no difference for me too. Can this be looked into please?

Yes, yesterday and today I am still facing the same slow speeds across Wi-Fi and Wired. Here is a link to my BQM as requested. Thanks.

I couldn't get this to work on PC due to my current setup but the speed shows this for me on two different systems:

Hello @mu123,

 

Thank you for sharing the BMQ chart, the chart is showing as healthy compared to what we would expect to see. 

Are both of these speed tests on your Wi-Fi only? Can you do one on your wired connection please?
