Broadband Speed

Hi, frustrating speeds at the moment, especially as I'm trying to work from home. For over 3 weeks it's been very low even though virgin technical team have been involved , changing channel width seemed to temporarily improve the speed but soon drops back down to slow speeds. 

Today, technical have split my WiFi between 2.4 and 5ghz so I can now choose between the 2, which seems to have slightly improved the speed. 

How can I ensure that I'm going to have a reliable WiFi ? It's the service I'm paying for after all

whats the speed Wired?

you are not paying for wifi. you are paying for speeds to the hub.
Wifi is not included in any speed or service guarantees.

You need to test with a wired connection

Very sorry for the issues you've been having and the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

 

I've tried to have a look at the back end of things from here but I've been unable to locate your account. 

Are you still having these issues now? 

Have you been able to try a wired connection as advised?
