Hi, frustrating speeds at the moment, especially as I'm trying to work from home. For over 3 weeks it's been very low even though virgin technical team have been involved , changing channel width seemed to temporarily improve the speed but soon drops back down to slow speeds.
Today, technical have split my WiFi between 2.4 and 5ghz so I can now choose between the 2, which seems to have slightly improved the speed.
How can I ensure that I'm going to have a reliable WiFi ? It's the service I'm paying for after all
