Broadband Speed

Hi guys. My broadband speed is 38mbps when I should have 100mbps. I have rebooted, relocated and checked the connections to my router. I have used speedtest.net to determine the speed. I'm sitting here waiting on a reply to my web-chat and have been so for nearly one hour. Anyone have any ideas?

Just checked with an ethernet cable connection and it is also 38mbps.

sounds like your wireless device then. You need a 802.11AC device on 5ghz to get anywhere near the max speed.

Also the hub wifi is an entry device. you can get better wireless routers

Was that with the Hub in modem mode and thus your device being the only one connected?

If it was - then boot it into safe+networking mode and try again - at speedtest.net to your nearest VM server on 2 browsers.

See what those options get.
