I recently had a power cut and had to replace my Hub 4.0 (damaged)
The new Hub 4.0 arrived today, did self install but get hardly any download speed (wi-fi and cable) and zero upload speed.I'm on the 1 Gig Fibre package (latest wi-fi speeds posted)
I ran the hub diagnostic and it gave a useless alert next to "checking broadband service" (posted above)
I tried customer service but just the standard reboot/reset advice which has all been done.
The router is activated, active and I can access the admin.
Is there anything else I should be looking for before a technician visit?

Sorry to hear you're having some connection issues. I've had a look at things from our side and everything looks to be within the specifications we would expect.
How are things since your posted on Friday? Can you confirm if you've reset the hub?
