Broadband Speed Poor

Hi Team

My broadband speed has been consistently slow for a long time now, I have only recently started keeping track of this in speedtest.net, but i should be getting 200 Mb p/s as per my contract, I am seeing no better than 88 Mb p/s even after following all troubleshooting guides and carrying out reboots etc.

88Mbs is indicative of either an iffy ethernet cable or a Network Interface Card (NIC) at the wrong setting.

Log into the Hub settings then connected devices and see what speed is indicated for your device.

124.47 - does seem to be device specific as running a speedtest on my mobile connected to the hub give me over 200 Mb a sec, it's on 2.4 GHz WiFi

What speed do you get at >> Ookla << using a direct connection using a Cat 5E/6 cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?

210 Mbps - must be the WiFi card that is the bottleneck, my computer sits close enough to my router that I can keep them connected this way, thanks for the help with this 🙂
