Do I not even merit a response? It is unfortunately about the standard of service that I expect nowadays from Virgin media.
I have a phone that will only call about 30% of my contacts, everything else is somehow barred, I have an internet that is so slow I think I might actually be on dial up and there is no-one who cares remotely. I have referred all of my issues to the ombudsman, as I am sick and tired of just how bad you have become.
