Broadband Slow and Drops Out

My broadband is absolutely woeful, I should be 100M and I am getting 2M, it cuts out completely all the time, meaning I need to re-log in to secure work servers every half hour. We are unable to play online games. Just spent £70 on a new ASUS WiFi dongle for no improvement at all. There’s no one we can talk to to get anything resolved!

Been with virgin media for over 15 years and this combined with a mobile phone that doesn’t make outgoing phone calls means we won’t be for much longer.

On that same site you can create a BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) under tools.

Please do this and post the live (Shared) link so we can check if you are in a congested area.

Hi there,

Thank you - tag is below! Speed is better this evening.... 7mbps, but that is still the best it has been for a while. Earlier today the link wasn't even good enough to watch a video sent by school to my daughter. We really need to find out where the issue is. PC has been checked yesterday at shop and no issues there, dongle is also functioning 100%.

Do I not even merit a response? It is unfortunately about the standard of service that I expect nowadays from  Virgin media. 

I have a phone that will only call about 30% of my contacts, everything else is somehow barred, I have an internet that is so slow I think I might actually be on dial up and there is no-one who cares remotely. I have referred all of my issues to the ombudsman, as I am sick and tired of just how bad you have become.
