Broadband Quality Monitor problem

Hi all,

1a2c375464c43468512dcccdf9c07ffa38df7f91-24-04-2021

Guess what time I removed my Hub3 and installed my Hub4...

I've read somewhere what to change in the hub settings in order to avoid the apparent dropped packets but I can't find it now.  Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Tony

Oh, and what's the best way to post one of these graphs?

Re: Broadband Quality Monitor problem

The image that's not yet showing in the first post was a link to the graph, posted as an image from the Share button.  The BB Code version doesn't work on here... I thought an image was more helpful than a link.

Your link in message 4 works if copied into a browser - however you need to follow the TB website instructions to "Share live graph"

Its showing the red wall for the last few hours. Did you change something around 15.30? Perhaps gone into modem mode?

Yes, that's where that link came from.  If I share the live graph, which code do I use on this forum?  The first post will show the image from the same source, but only after it's approved.

Precisely why I started this thread.  15:30 is when I changed my Hub3 for a Hub4.
