Broadband had been down since around 6 pm in CB4 of Cambridge.
Are you aware and if so is there an ETA on it being fixed please?
Have you checked the 'Check Service Status' at the top of the page?
If nothing is showing try phoning 0800 561 0061, this will tell you of more local issues that may not be affecting the area. Be aware that it isn't a manned line.
Service was restored at 2am looking at my broadband quality monitor graph.
Service status page was showing as no issues last night.
I did the self tests and it promoted me to book an engineer visit, which I did.
That's not necessary now, so if one of the customer care team could cancel that please?
A huge thank you to whoever fixed it. We're self-isolating as a family and broadband is more important than ever.
You should get a text message about the Tech visit asking if you still need it.
