Broadband 500

Just joined

Hi everyone sorry to post 

i pay for the 500mps and never get any more then 240

when I was on the 350 I got 300

ive done the paper clip reset 

any ideas thanks 



Establishing where speed is lost is important if there is a fault.

The link below attempts a speed test to the Hub and then a speed test to the device.

The speed to the Hub should reflect the VM subscription rate, the speed to device may be less if WiFi is involved.

Are you able to perform a wired speed test at all?
