I have recently upgraded to M350 but getting more likev30-45 typically even with wired from hub. Really disappointing. Occasionally I get around 90-100 but majority of time in the 30-40 range? Any ideas? The Virgin customer service appears designed to be uncontactable! 😁
Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . Don't log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs?
