Broad band rubbish

Virgin media broadband is awlful you can’t spk to anyone meant to be updating but that was earlier still no update can’t sort it out unless you spk to a human not a answer message

That was all a bit James Joyce for me, so if I can politely ask, is there a specific problem you want help with?  I appreciate that VM customer service can be hit or miss, and I can't do anything about that, but if you've got specific problems with slow speeds, intermittent connection or other tangible issues then we can do our best to assist?

Upgrading can take up to 48hrs if you go through the VirginMedia site

It's much quicker to phone150 on a Virgin Media landline to upgrade
