Broad band and online TV/ Tv not eorking very slow buffering betwenn 12:00 midnight for 3 hours every da

For about the last 2 months my: Broadband, Online TV stops working properly for about four hours every day. Video/TV just keeps buffering. Clearly, this is some new batch job running every night and totally destroying bandwidth. Can I get my money back because it's only at night I can watch TV or browse because of my working pattern?

Also is this permanent so between 12 midnight and 4 AM you are not guaranteed any Virgin service TV or Broadband.  Is this clear in your terms and conditions because i did not see it and i would expect a full refund for the last two months.

Hello

Any forum of compensation for lose of service would only be paid for a total lose of service after the 2nd full day lose of service i.e. if you loose internet on a Monday you will only be paid compensation from Thursday as stated in https://www.virginmedia.com/help/automatic-compensation

Virginmedia tend to network maintenance at night normally after midnight to avoid impacting a lot of customers.

Does this happen every night ?

When it happens what do the lights on the hub show ?
