Following an engineer visit last week I'm still experiencing intermittent packet loss both via ethernet and wifi. They replaced the internal coax and changed the connection in the cabinet. Wifi is turned off on the VM Hub as I am using BT WiFi devices.

Can you explain what you mean by using BT WiFi devices?
I have located your account from here to run some diagnostic checks; we can see you rebooted around 36 hours or so ago. Your signal levels are within the parameters we would expect for your package and equipment. There are no errors showing this end and no known area issues.
I see that you are using Hub mode, but at the time of checking it is advising no devices currently connected to the Hub on wired or WiFi.
How's things since your post? Your BQM are showing a couple if minor drops just after 8am this morning but nothing that would cause major concern.
