Boosters

My wifi can't reach to second bedroom and I don't know how to contact Virgin Media to get a booster or hobs.

Is it free if I'm on the broadband deal and if it's not how much does it cost?

How long has it takes to receive it?

Can I book for extended my Hub to a different place in the house, the cable it's very short and can't be moved.

Re: Boosters

£25 fixed fee to move the Hub to wherever you want it within reason.
Pods can be ordered from within the VM Connect app after a scan. They are free with the top tiers or £8 pm if not.

Pods can be ordered from within the VM Connect app after a scan. They are free with the top tiers or £8 pm...although if you have to pay they are very poor value.  Within 13 months you'll have paid the price of buying outright a competent mesh wifi setup, except that with VM's offer you'll not own it, and after 13 months you'll keep paying.

There you got, "FTFY".  No charge!
