I ordered a booster 10 days ago, Just back from holiday but received no notification that it has been delivered or sent to my local store to pick up. Is there a way I can trace this without having to phone through to Virgin as it takes ages to get through and thought I would have received a notification that it at least had been shipped or delivered to the address confirmed by Virgin 10 days ago. I've paid for the delivery.
Have yo looked in your online VM account - it should show in there.
BTW are you on 1GB service or have a Hub4? If so they are free, if you aren't - they will be charging you £3/month and the maths tells you that is poor value rental price - better to buy your own wireless better quality equipment
