Booking an engineer

I’m having such awful issues with my broadband. There is a broken lead and I can’t get an engineer out. Help 

my current download speed is running at 2.3 mbps when I pay for 108! 🤬

Where is the broken lead?

In the property or outside the property?

I'd post up a picture so VM forum staff can despatch the correct team to rectify!
