Need some more info....
What devices are you connecting on ethernet cables and what operating system are they on?
Are their network cards set to connect at 1GB - or have they defaulted to 10/100 (see in "network settings")?
What Cat are the cables (usually printed on the sheathing)?
What speeds do you get on a wifi device close to the Hub?
What site are you running the speedtests on?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
