It obviously isn't at that speed 24/7but that's how bad it can get frequently, usually it's at 8mb/s which is still painful if you're playing a competitive video game. And whenever i update or download a game, Its speed is always less than 5mb/s
It's definitely not because of my device as i always have a slow connection on all my devices. I can't even have google chrome open if i am trying to play a game and i still get a high ping. My house isn't even big and my router is literally like 3 meters away from me and i don't have over 8 devices connected to it as well. I tried waiting for the problem to fix it self but it only seems to be getting worse.
Would need to check the signal levels if could go to http://192.168.0.1 or if using modem mode http://192.168.100.1 clicking router status top right or bottom of page depending on hub [no need to login - depending on hub] and if could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log, don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it.. try and avoid using screen shots..
