BS11 Intermittent disconnects

This has been happening on and off since last Saturday, it can be any time of the day or evening. It doesn't happend often and sometimes is just a one off but other times it will keep disconnecting and reconnecting for 20 minutes.

Nevermind I will call Mr 3 step unplug router, plug back in and turn on fix and hopefully they send someone out after the pointless exercise.
