like many others locally, I've been suffering terrible latency for the last couple of months due to VM acknowledged over-utilisation in the Beckenham/Hayes area. A few days back (overnight 14th/15th) things massively improved, and I'm assuming some work was done to rebalance or add more capacity.
Since then latency has been much more stable but there are still spikes and also regular packet drops. To my untrained eye, hub stats seem ok-ish, but I have been getting T3 timeouts on one of the upstream channels. Here's my live BQM:
Thank you for your post I am sorry that you are not having the best service, looking at your downstream levels and packet loss I would like to book an engineer for you. I will pop you over a private message just keep an eye out for the purple envelope 🙂
