BR3 - packet loss since capacity upgrade/move

Hi,

like many others locally, I've been suffering terrible latency for the last couple of months due to VM acknowledged over-utilisation in the Beckenham/Hayes area. A few days back (overnight 14th/15th) things massively improved, and I'm assuming some work was done to rebalance or add more capacity.

Since then latency has been much more stable but there are still spikes and also regular packet drops. To my untrained eye, hub stats seem ok-ish, but I have been getting T3 timeouts on one of the upstream channels. Here's my live BQM:

And now here's the hub stats (running in Modem mode as I've had to switch to 4G for anything latency sensitive due to the earlier utilisation problems)
