I'm experiencing really erratic broadband performance during the "working day". The performance is generally ok outside of 08:00 to 18:00 but during the day I'm seeing latency spikes of up to 3,000 ms (3 seconds!) and frequent packet drops (5%).
The fact that I don't see this out of hours suggests there is a capacity problem. The tests were performed from a wired PC and not via WiFi.
The latency spikes and drops make it almost impossible to use the service for video conferencing and voice calls.
