BQM showing lots of dropouts and wifi is soooo slow

i have the M100 package and the amount of dropouts im getting seem to be increasing. the BQM chart is mostly red lines!
no doubt it is worse because of the easter hols but it doest help my working from home 😞 Is there anyone from VM able to help and diagnose? I have run the checks available from the website and it says everything is ok.

I have booked the first engineer appointment we have available
You can check and reschedule this appointment through your online account if you need to
You can also cancel it if the fault has gone

Welcome to the forums and thanks for your message. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing slow speeds since joining us. Just to get a better understanding of the situation, I just have a few questions:
Are these speeds measured via ethernet cable?
Does wired connection present present the same issues as wireless?
Do you have any 3rd Party Boosters connected?
Are you also experiencing drop-outs or solely slow speeds?
